1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Business data you enter (products, customers, suppliers, sales, quotations, invoices, stock levels, etc.)
Payment information (handled securely by our payment processor – we do not store full card details)

1.3 Business Data You Upload

We act as a data processor for the business information you enter into the Service (customers, products, sales transactions, quotations, etc.).
You remain the data controller of this information.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal account information as long as your account is active + 12 months after termination (unless longer retention is required by law).

Business data (sales records, quotations, inventory, etc.) is retained as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow data export/recovery.

After that period, data may be permanently deleted unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
